On Saturday afternoon, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to arrive in Odisha to inaugurate projects totaling Rs 68,400 crore in the state, which includes the unveiling of the new IIM-Sambalpur campus (PM Narendra Modi in Odisha).
PM Narendra Modi is slated to arrive in Odisha on Saturday afternoon to reveal projects worth Rs 68,400 crore in the state, including the inauguration of the new IIM-Sambalpur campus, as per officials.
The Prime Minister is expected to land at Jharsuguda airport around 1 pm, proceeding to the IIM-Sambalpur campus, where he will be joined by CM Naveen Patnaik, Governor Raghubar Das, and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
In addition to the Rs 400-crore campus, Prime Minister Modi is set to inaugurate infrastructure projects amounting to Rs 68,000 crore (PM Narendra Modi in Odisha).
These projects encompass various sectors including power, roads, and railways. Modi is scheduled to address a public meeting at Remed Ground around 3 pm before departing for Guwahati, according to officials.
Stringent security measures have been implemented for the visit of the Prime Minister, as per reports.
