Acer has updated the Swift Go 14 model in India, incorporating Intel’s latest AI-backed Core Ultra processors featuring Neural Processing Units (NPUs) to enhance on-system AI functions (Acer launches the Swift Go 14 in India).
- Positioned as an Intel Evo Edition platform, it promises faster charging, rapid wake capabilities, and other enhancements (Acer launches the Swift Go 14 in India). The North American version, unveiled in December 2023, differs slightly from the Indian variant, offering a 2.8K OLED panel.
- The Acer Swift Go 14 (SFG14-72T) in Pure Silver is priced at Rs. 84,990 for the Intel Core Ultra 5 CPU option and Rs. 99,990 for the Core Ultra 7 variant. Exclusively available through Flipkart, it features a 14-inch WUXGA IPS LED touchscreen with a 90Hz refresh rate, 16:10 aspect ratio, and 400nits peak brightness. The laptop comes with Intel Core Ultra 5 125H or Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processors, Intel Arc GPU, 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD storage.
- Intel’s latest Core Ultra chipsets feature integrated AI engines, boasting a 47 percent performance boost over previous models. The updated Acer Swift Go 14 introduces Acer AlterView, utilizing AI-generated depth maps for 3D animated wallpapers.
- The laptop includes an Acer AI Zone tab for easy access to AI features and updates, along with compatibility with Microsoft Copilot for AI-related activities (Acer launches the Swift Go 14 in India).
- Enhancements also include a 1440p QHD webcam with Acer’s PurifiedVoice technology and PurifiedView for improved video conferencing by eliminating background noise.
- Supporting Wi-Fi 6E and Intel Bluetooth LE Audio connectivity, the laptop houses a three-cell 65W battery, claiming a battery life of up to 12.5 hours. With 100W charging via USB Type-C, it weighs 1.32kg and measures 312.9mm x 217.9mm x 14.9mm.
